FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Is tailgating allowed? Tailgating is allowed in all the Family Friendly (alcohol free) parking lots south of the Adler Planetarium. Tailgating both during games and after night games is prohibited.
6. I sold one of my season passes to a third party reseller and the pass was not accepted at the parking facilities. How can I correct this issue? Some third party resellers of parking passes reproduce and alter parking passes in a manner that invalidates the pass. If passes are not scanned as valid at the facility entrances they will not be accepted for entry. SP+ cannot assist in resolving disputes with third party resellers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. The cost of season parking passes for the Family Friendly Lots in 2023 for nine (10) games (9 regular season and 1 pre-season games) is $585.00. In addition to the $585.00 parking cost, you will also be charged a $25.00 Administrative Service Fee for a total cost of $610.00.
b. Once your purchase is completed an email confirming your purchase will be sent to you. In mid-July you will receive an email notification that your parking passes are in your parking account.. Each set of passes will include one (1) pass for each of the following; one (1) pre-season games, one (1) pass for each of nine (9) regular season home games.
c. The $585.00 season parking cost does NOT include the parking cost for a potential Conference Playoff game or for a potential Conference Championship game. In the event the Bears host a Conference Playoff game or the Conference Championship game, additional payment will be required for these games. We will advise all season parking pass holders of playoff parking payment options (cash, credit card, online, etc.) in advance of any home playoff game.
d. SP+ and Stadium Management do not guard or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents; and are not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss. The parking patron alone is responsible for the parking and locking of his or her vehicle. SP+ only provides a license to park; and no bailment is created.
e. The parking offered in this program is a revocable license. Any unruly behavior, failure to comply with the Parking Policies or the Chicago Bears Fan Code of Conduct, or illegal activity may lead to the revocation of this license.
f. Anyone presenting lost, counterfeit or stolen parking passes to a parking attendant at any Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games parking facility is subject to criminal prosecution.
g. Mismanagement or improper duplication of parking passes can also lead to revocation of your season passes and/or make you ineligible for future parking programs.
PARKING POLICIES
Vehicle Parking
Patrons must park in marked spaces. Patrons cannot buy or save parking spaces for tailgating or late arriving patrons. Backing into parking spaces is not permitted.
Oversized Vehicles / Limousines
Online Pre-Purchased ONLY parking for oversized vehicles is available at the Adler Planetarium Lot, and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Oversized vehicles (bus, camper or any vehicle that does not fit inside the lines of one designated regular-size parking space) can be reserved at the Adler Lot for $190.00 ($185.00 plus a $5.00 transaction fee; Rate subject to change). Please visit soldierfieldparking.com to reserve. When available, buses and RVs can also park at the 31st St. McCormick Place Lot B for $85.00.
Parking Passes
Parking passes are required to park at the Family Friendly lot. For easy identification, game day parking passes must be visibly displayed on your front dashboard as you approach the parking facility, and remain displayed while parked in the facility.
Hours of Operation and Access
All Soldier Field and Museum Campus parking facilities will open four (4) hours prior to kickoff. All of these parking facilities will close two (2) hours after the conclusion of a day game or immediately after the conclusion of a night game. These parking facilities may close earlier at the discretion of Stadium Management and the Chicago Park District.
In and Out Parking Privileges
In and out parking privileges are not permitted.
Vehicle Search
Vehicles parked in the season parking pass program lots and garages are subject to a security search by authorized personnel who may be accompanied by a canine unit.
Tailgating
Tailgating is permitted in the Family Friendly lots south of the Adler Planetarium but alcohol consumption is not allowed. While the Chicago Park District may permit picnics on the parklands, alcohol is not allowed. Patrons must adhere to all Chicago Park District rules and ordinances. Tailgating both during games and after night games is prohibited.
Party set-ups and grills may not impede access to parking spaces or the safe flow of vehicles and pedestrians through the facility drive-lanes. For patrons' safety, oil based deep fryers, tents and canopies are also prohibited in all parking facilities included in this program.
Additional rules:
● All tailgating in stadium-controlled parking lots is prohibited during the game and after night games.
● Tailgating is also prohibited postgame at all McCormick Place lots ( 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B, Lot D & Lot E)
● Postgame tailgating is prohibited at all lots after all night games. Lots/garages will close immediately once cars have exited.
● Parking spaces may not be used for tailgate equipment alone.
● No open flame (grilling or otherwise) is permitted in enclosed lot area (North Garage & lower Waldron Garage)
● No tents of any kind are permitted.
● Maintaining an aisle that is clear of tailgate equipment in order to accommodate emergency vehicles is imperative for maintaining a safe environment. Your total tailgate (including guests) is limited to eight (8) feet behind each parking space.
● Parking is for ticketed guests only, and the stadium and teams reserves the right to confirm that guests have tickets prior to allowing them into parking lots..
● Offensive signs, banners or other displays, including the Confederate Flag are prohibited.
● Other prohibited activities include:
○ Consumption of alcohol in the Family Friendly lots
○ Set-ups or games utilizing sidewalks and/or streets
○ Solicitation or distribution of any unauthorized item
○ Unmanned Aircraft Systems (“Drones”)
○ Drinking games
○ Advertising banners or displays
○ Disorderly conduct
○ Fire Pits/open fires are NOT ALLOWED IN ANY LOTS
○ Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking or frying
○ Picketing or political campaigning
○ Saving parking spaces
○ Tethered blimps, balloons, and other oversized inflatables
○ Weapons or fireworks
○ No open flame, infrared panel or propane heaters of any type allowed in any lot
○ Propane tanks larger than 19 pounds are not allowed on campus.
○ Overnight parking is not allowed in any of the Museum Campus parking lots
NOTE: Hot coals must be emptied only in designated cans labeled “HOT COALS” that are provided in the parking facilities.
SP+ and stadium management reserves the right to revoke parking pass privileges in any case where a patron or a patron’s guests engage in rude, disorderly or offensive behavior.
CHICAGO BEARS FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

SP+ manages the parking and on-site traffic operations at Soldier Field and the Museum Campus. We ask that patrons be respectful of the neighborhood surrounding Soldier Field. Most of the area is “Residential Zone" parking and is subject to parking violation citation. 1. How will I receive notifications and communications? All communication will be e-mailed from no-reply@bearsparking.com to the e-mail address that was used to register for the selection process. A registrant’s e-mail service must allow them to receive emails from bearsparking.com.
2. How are disabled patrons' parking needs addressed? Accessible parking spaces are available at both the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot and the Lakeside Center Underground Garage (Lot C) of the Southwest Parking Facilities at McCormick Place. A free shuttle bus service that runs between 24th Street and Moe Drive and Soldier Field is accessible for the physically challenged. The shuttle drops off at Gate 14 at Soldier Field. No shuttle bus service operates between the Lakeside Center underground parking garage (Lot C) and Soldier Field. The passenger pick-up and drop-off location for this shuttle bus service is identified on the map of the “Southwest Parking Facilities at McCormick Place” found on this website. This shuttle bus service will begin operating two (2) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game.

A limited number of season parking passes for Chicago Bears games played at Soldier Field during the 2024 NFL season are available at the Southwest Parking Facilities at McCormick Place.
● Lot D McCormick Place (18th th & DuSable Lake Shore Drive - West of Drive) - 9 games - $725.00 ($700.00 plus a $25.00 Administrative Fee)
● Lot E McCormick Place (24th & Moe Drive) provides free shuttle* bus service for all Bears home games. - 9 games - $445.00 ($420.00 plus a $25.00 Administrative Fee)
○ This shuttle service operates between the 24th and Moe Drive surface parking lot only (Lot E) and Soldier Field, but not to and from the Lakeside Center underground parking garage (Lot C).
You may bypass the 2024 Random Selection Process (the process used to select Bears ticket holders eligible to purchase season parking passes at one of the Soldier Field parking facilities) and purchase season parking passes at the Southwest Parking Facilities at McCormick Place now. Parking is sold on a first come, first served basis. If the product is listed as “SOLD OUT”, please check back at a later time to see if additional parking has been made available.
On game days there will be a free shuttle bus service that runs between 24th Street and Moe Drive and Soldier Field. This shuttle bus service will begin operating two (2) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game. At the start of the game, the shuttle can be picked up on Moe Drive at 24th Street. This shuttle will drop off at the 18th Street turnaround. When the game ends, the shuttle can be picked up at the 18th Street Lot on Moe Drive and it will drop off at Moe Drive and 24th Street. The accessible shuttle bus for the physically challenged will drop off and pick up from Gate 14 at Soldier Field.
This year, parking passes will appear in your parking account. Mid-July an email will be sent notifying you that parking passes are now available. Within your parking account, you will be able to forward a parking pass to another fan, download and/or print it. Pass holders will need to print the appropriate pass and bring it with them to the game.
Mismanagement or improper duplication of parking passes can lead to revocation of your season passes and/or make you ineligible for future parking programs.
If you purchase season parking passes for McCormick Place beginning in mid-July your account will contain 9 (nine) parking passes. The nine (9) parking passes will include one (1) pre-season game, one (1) pass for each of eight (8) regular season home games.
Your season parking passes cost does NOT include the parking cost for potential home playoff games. In the event the Bears host a playoff game(s), additional payment will be required for these games. We will advise season parking pass holders of playoff parking payment options (credit card, online, etc.) in advance of any home playoff game.

● SP+ Corporation reserves the right to change (i) the parking facilities of this program, and (ii) parking space assignments, where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make such facilities or spaces located within such facilities unavailable for parking.

● If I enter the Random Selection Process, may I choose the specific facility that I want to park at? No. This process selects Bears Season Ticket Holders who register to participate and agree to purchase season parking passes at whichever facility of several in the immediate vicinity of Soldier Field (including the Adler Lot, the North Garage, the South Lot and the Waldron Deck) that they are randomly assigned to park.
● Rather than registering to enter the Random Selection Process, may I purchase season Premium Parking Space passes specifically at the Adler Lot, Burnham Harbor Lot, or South Lot? Yes, although space in the Premium Parking locations are extremely limited. If space is available, you can bypass the Random Selection Process now and reserve season Premium Parking Space passes at the Adler Lot or South Lot simply by selecting the “Buy Now” link on this website.
● Does early registration have any effect in determining who is selected? No.
● Does the Random Selection Process consider whether one was selected in prior years or where they may have been assigned to park? No.
● Does this Process consider how long one has been a Bears season ticket holder? No.
● How will I know if I was selected to be eligible to purchase season parking passes and which facility I was assigned to park in? On or about June 27th, we will begin notifying season ticket holders who have registered the results of the process.
If you ARE selected for this process, you will have season parking privileges assigned to you at one of the following facilities: Adler Lot, North Garage, South Lot, or Waldron Deck.
If you are NOT selected you will be able to return to the website beginning at 12:00 p.m. CDT on July 3rd and through 5:00 p,m. CDT on Saturday July 10th. During this period, you may purchase a season pass from any remaining season pass inventory. At a minimum there will be an offsite (Millennium or McCormick Place) season parking pass available for every registrant.
Due to space limitations, no season ticket holder may purchase more than one set of season parking passes for any of the Soldier Field and Museum Campus parking facilities.

○ Tailgating both during games and after night games is prohibited at lots in this program. The 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E & Lot D) at McCormick Place prohibits tailgating after both day and night games.
● Is there a family-friendly, alcohol-free parking facility option? Yes. The parking lot south of the Adler Planetarium has been designated as a Family-Friendly Lot where alcohol consumption is not permitted.
○ By selecting the Family Friendly link found on this website, you can bypass the Random Selection Process and reserve season parking passes (subject to availability) for the Family Friendly Lots. The cost for season parking passes at the “Family Friendly” Lots is $585.00 plus a $25.00 Administrative Service Fee (a total cost of $610.00).
● Where is the Millennium Park Garage located? The Millennium Park underground parking garage is located at 5 S. Columbus Drive, directly beneath Millennium Park. While you may elect to purchase parking passes at any of four (4) underground Millennium Garages (Grant Park North, Grant Park South, Millennium Lakeside, and Millennium Park), the free shuttle service for Bears games operates only between the Millennium Park Garage and Soldier Field.
● How do I purchase season parking passes for Bears games at facilities that are not included in the Random Selection Process? Please see this website for links to other season parking options, or visit:

● Do any of the Soldier Field Bears Games parking facilities offer free shuttle bus service between the parking facility and Soldier Field? Yes. Free shuttle bus service for Bears games is provided between Soldier Field and the Millennium Park Garage and between the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E) only at McCormick Place.
○ The shuttle bus service operating between the Millennium Park Garage and Soldier Field will begin operating three (3) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game. The shuttle bus service operating between the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E) and Soldier Field will begin operating two (2) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game.

○ If you park at the Millennium Park Garage, you may ride a free accessible shuttle bus to and from Soldier Field (Gate 14) and the Millennium Park Garage. This shuttle bus service begins three (3) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the game ends.
○ If you park at the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E), you may ride a free accessible shuttle bus to and from Soldier Field (Gate 14) and this parking lot. This shuttle bus service begins two (2) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the game ends.
○ Due to space limitations, passengers on accessible shuttles are limited to the disabled and one accompanying guest.

● When are the Bears season parking passes that I purchased scheduled to be available, and how will I receive them? Parking passes will be available in mid-July and will appear in your parking account. An email will be sent notifying you that parking passes are now available. Within your parking account, you will be able to forward the pass to another fan and download and/or print it. Pass holders will need to print the appropriate pass and bring it with them to the game.
● Are there any facilities in the Soldier Field Parking Program that offer single-game rather than season parking passes? Yes. Single-game parking passes are offered at a number of parking lots. For more information regarding the availability of single-game parking, including pre-paid single-game parking passes, please visit www.soldierfieldparking.com/ or www.millenniumgarages.com.
● What happens if my parking passes are lost or stolen? Call SP+ Bears Season Parking customer service at (415) 469-1117. SP+ will deactivate the lost or stolen parking passes, charge your credit card a non-refundable replacement fee of $30.00, and promptly email replacements to you. Mismanagement or improper duplication of parking passes can lead to the revocation of your season passes and/or make you ineligible for future parking programs.

Random Selection Process and Additional Purchase Options
As a Chicago Bears Season Ticket Holder, you are eligible to participate in the 2024-2025 “Random Selection Process” (RSP) or bypass the random selection process by purchasing available “Buy Now” season parking at select locations beginning June 3rd at 12:00 p.m. at https://bearsparking.com/. If you choose to bypass the RSP and purchase a season parking pass using the “Buy Now” option, you will no longer be eligible to register for the RSP. All sales are final, and refunds cannot be issued.
RANDOM SELECTION PROCESS INFORMATION
The Random Selection Process will be used to select registrants eligible to purchase pre-season and regular-season game parking passes at facilities near Soldier Field, including the Adler Lot, the North Garage, the South Lot, and the Waldron Deck. The deadline to register for this year’s process is 5:00 p.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, June 19th.
Online Registration to Participate in the 2024 Random Selection Process:
Beginning at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Monday, June 3rd, go to https://bearsparking.com/
● Log in to an existing account or create a new account by following the prompts.
● Select the Blue button labeled "Enter your Bears ID to view additional options." Note: You do not need to do this If your Bears ID is already associated with your account.
● A popup will appear to enter your Bears ID. Please enter your actual Bears ID and press Confirm.
○ If you do not know your Bears ID, Season Ticket Holders can find their account ID at https://am.ticketmaster.com/bears. On the top menu, select "STH" and "Bears Account Info." The account ID is listed on that page. If you continue to have issues, please email bearssth@spplus.com.
● Once your Bears ID is accepted, a red button will appear labeled: "Enter Random Selection Process." Press this button.
● Enter top three parking facility location choices by rank.
● The Random Selection Process administration fee ($25.00) will be displayed. Press the green "Purchase Now" button. Please note this fee is non-refundable.
● You will be prompted to enter your credit card information, or if available on your device, you may use Google or Apple Pay.

The cost to purchase season parking passes for selected participants at the Adler Lot, North Garage, South Lot, or Waldron Deck is $585.00 plus a $25.00 Administrative Service Fee (for a total cost of $610.00). This price includes one (1) pre-season game and eight (8) regular-season games. The cost of any potential home playoff games is not included in this price. Parking Pass Delivery: Parking passes will appear in your parking account at bearsparking.com in mid-July. You will receive an email notifying you when parking passes are available. You will also be able to forward a parking pass to another fan, download it, and/or print it within your parking account. Pass holders will need to print the appropriate pass and bring it with them to the game.
You may bypass the Random Selection Process used to select Bears’ season ticket holders eligible to purchase season parking passes at a facility in the immediate vicinity of Soldier Field by purchasing season Premium Parking passes for the South Lot, Burnham Harbor Lot, or at the Adler Lot for Chicago Bears’ games during the 2024 NFL season.
Reservations for the purchase of season Premium Parking passes will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If a parking option is not shown online, it means it is no longer available. Please check back at a later time to see if more Premium Parking has been made available.
The cost of Premium Parking season passes for nine (9) games—including one (1) pre-season game and eight (8) regular–season games—is $1,125.00, plus a $25.00 Administrative Service Fee (a total cost of $1,150.00). a. SP+ reserves the right to change (i) the parking facilities participating in the Random Selection Process and (ii) the parking space assignments from one participating facility to another participating facility.
b. Season parking for Bears games at McCormick Place occurs in Lot D (18th th & DuSable Lake Shore Drive - West of Drive) and Lot E McCormick Place (24th & Moe Drive).
c. Tailgating is only permitted in uncovered parking areas (all surface lots and the upper level of Waldron Deck). Tailgating is not permitted in any covered parking area (North Garage, lower level of Waldron Deck, Lakeside Center Underground Garage, etc.). Lot D and Lot E McCormick Place prohibits tailgating after both day and night games.
d. Parking privileges described in this announcement are only being offered for Chicago Bears games during the 2024 National Football League season.
e. Accessible parking is available at all Soldier Field parking facilities. Spaces require a current government-issued disabled parking license plate or hang tag issued to the vehicle's occupant. Complimentary golf cart shuttle service to and from the South Lot and Adler Lot, as well as the stadium, is available.
If you park at the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E) at McCormick Place, you may ride a free accessible shuttle bus to and from Soldier Field (Gate 14) and this parking lot. There is no shuttle service from the Lakeside Center underground garage (Lot C) at McCormick Place.
A free accessible shuttle bus is also available to and from Soldier Field (Gate 14) and Millennium Park Garage. The Millennium shuttle only runs from the Millennium Park Garage and does not stop at either the Grant Park North or Grant Park South garages.
g. The complimentary shuttle bus that runs between the underground Millennium Park Garage and Soldier Field begins operating three (3) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the end of the game. Please see the map to identify the location of this parking garage and the designated passenger pick-up and drop-off stop of this shuttle bus service at this parking garage.
h. The complimentary shuttle bus that runs between the parking lot at 24th Street and Moe Drive (Lot E) and Soldier Field begins operating two (2) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the end of the game. i. Camper and oversized vehicle parking in the Adler Lot may be purchased on a single-game basis (based on availability). The cost of this parking is $165.00 per vehicle (per game). i. Patrons, including patrons who may be disabled, without a parking pass to the correct game and for the correct parking facility may not be permitted to park at that facility. Accessible parking spaces require a current government-issued disabled vehicle license plate or hang tag issued to an occupant of the vehicle.
PARKING POLICIES
Vehicle Parking
Patrons must park in marked parking spaces. They cannot buy or save parking spaces for tailgating or late arrivals. Backing into parking stalls is not permitted. Vehicles must be parked in the space designated by the parking attendant. Management reserves the right to clear drive aisles to allow vehicles to pass.
Oversized Vehicles / Limousines
Parking for oversized vehicles is available at the Adler Planetarium Lot and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Oversized vehicles (bus, camper, or any vehicle that does not fit inside the lines of one designated regular-size parking space) can be reserved at the Adler Lot for $160 plus a $5 transaction fee by visiting soldierfieldparking.com. When available, buses and RVs can also park at the 31st St. McCormick Place Lot B for $85.
Parking Passes
Parking
Passes are required to park in all Premium Parking areas. For easy
identification, game day parking passes must be displayed on the front
dashboard of all vehicles as you approach the stadium and remain displayed
while parked in the facility. Only Bears season ticket holders are
eligible to purchase Soldier Field season parking passes. Due to space
limitations, no season ticket holder may purchase more than one set of season parking passes for any of
the Soldier Field and Museum Campus parking facilities.
Hours of Operation and Access
All Soldier Field and Museum Campus parking facilities will open four (4) hours before kickoff and close two (2) hours after the conclusion of a day game or immediately after the conclusion of a night game. Stadium Management and the Chicago Park District may decide to close these parking facilities earlier.
In and Out Parking Privileges
In and out parking privileges are not permitted.
Tailgating
Tailgating is allowed on all Soldier Field Parking Program surface parking lots (East Museum Lot, South Lot, Adler Lot, Burnham Harbor Lot, and Family Friendly lots south of the Adler Planetarium); on the upper level of the Waldron Deck and all McCormick Place surface lots (Lot B, Lot D & Lot E).
Party set-ups and grills may not impede access to parking spaces or the safe flow of vehicles and pedestrians through the facility drive lanes. Grills and open fires are strictly prohibited in all enclosed and/or covered parking areas (North Garage, lower level of Waldron Deck, Lakeside Center Underground Garage – Lot C – of the Southwest facilities at McCormick Place, and at all underground Millennium Garages). For patrons' safety, oil-based deep fryers, tents, and canopies are also prohibited in all parking facilities included in this program.
While the Chicago Park District may permit picnics on the parklands, alcohol is not allowed. Patrons must adhere to all Chicago Park District rules and ordinances.
Tailgating during games (after kickoff) and after night games is prohibited at all Soldier Field Bears Parking Program facilities. It is also prohibited post game after all day and all night games and at all McCormick Place lots (Lot B, Lot D, and Lot E).
Vehicle Search
Parked vehicles are subject to a security search by authorized personnel who may be accompanied by a canine unit.
● All tailgating in stadium-controlled parking lots is prohibited during the game and after night games.
● Tailgating is also prohibited postgame at all McCormick Place lots ( 31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B, Lot D & Lot E). Lots/garages will close immediately once cars have exited.
● Parking spaces may not be used for tailgate equipment alone.
● No open flame (grilling or otherwise) is permitted in the enclosed lot area (North Garage & lower level of Waldron Deck)
● No tents of any kind are permitted.
● Maintaining an aisle that is clear of tailgate equipment in order to accommodate emergency vehicles is imperative for maintaining a safe environment. Your total tailgate (including guests) is limited to eight (8) feet behind each parking space.
● Parking is for ticketed guests only, and the stadium and teams reserve the right to confirm that guests have tickets prior to allowing them into parking lots.
● Offensive signs, banners, or other displays, including the Confederate Flag, are prohibited.
● Other prohibited activities include:
○ Consumption of alcohol in the Family Friendly lots
○ Set-ups or games utilizing sidewalks and/or streets
○ Solicitation or distribution of any unauthorized item
○ Unmanned Aircraft Systems (“Drones”)
○ Drinking games
○ Advertising banners or displays
○ Disorderly conduct
○ Fire Pits/open fires are NOT ALLOWED IN ANY LOTS
○ Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking or frying
○ Picketing or political campaigning
○ Saving parking spaces
○ Tethered blimps, balloons, and other oversized inflatables
○ Weapons or fireworks
○ No open flame, infrared panel or propane heaters of any type allowed in any lot
○ Propane tanks larger than 19 pounds are not allowed on campus
○ Overnight parking is not allowed in any of the Museum Campus parking lots
NOTE: Hot coals must be emptied only into designated cans labeled “HOT COALS” provided in the parking facilities.
SP+ and stadium management reserve the right to revoke parking pass privileges in any case where a patron or a patron’s guests engage in rude, disorderly or offensive behavior.

1. Will I be assigned the same facility where I parked during the 2023 season? Yes. You will automatically be assigned the same lot that you parked in from the previous year.
2. May I request to park at a different facility from the one that I parked at during the 2023 season? Yes. However, we can only guarantee a parking assignment at the same facility where you parked during the 2023 season. Once you have completed your renewal purchase for the same location as the 2023 season, you can request to be placed on a waitlist for your preferred parking location by emailing bearssth@spplus.com.
If you wish to initiate a request for a change in your parking lot location, kindly send your inquiry to bearssth@spplus.com. In your email, please be sure to provide the following details:
1. Your name as registered on your Bearsparking.com account
2. The corresponding Bears ID number
3. Your current parking lot assignment
4. Your preferred choice for relocation
3. If I requested to be reassigned to a specific facility during the purchase process and I am later notified that my request was not fulfilled, will I still have Premium Parking privileges at the same facility where I parked during the 2023 season? Yes. We will endeavor to reassign you to park at the specific facility that you requested, but if we are unable to do so, you will be assigned Premium Parking privileges at the same facility where you parked in 2023.
4. If I decline or fail to respond to this offer by the 7:00 p.m. (CDT) deadline on Sunday, May 26th, may I still register to participate in the Random Selection Process? Yes. An email informing Bears season ticket holders about when they may register to enter the process that randomly selects Bears season ticket holders to be eligible to purchase season parking passes at the Adler Lot, the North Garage, the South Lot or the Waldron Deck will be distributed on Monday, June 3rd.
5. How will I receive notifications and communication about my Premium Parking privileges? SP+ will send all notifications and announcements about your Premium Parking privileges via email to the email address that was provided when you purchased your season parking passes. Therefore, a registrant’s email service must allow them to receive emails from no-reply@bearsparking.com.
6. When will the season Premium Parking passes that I purchased be emailed? You should receive an email with a link to your parking passes and a map with routing directions specific to your assigned parking lot during the mid-part of July.
7. Are ADA accessible parking spaces available at all Soldier Field Premium Parking lots? Yes. Parking in accessible spaces requires a government issued disabilities license plate or placard that is issued to an occupant of the vehicle. Complimentary golf cart shuttle service to and from the parking facilities and the stadium is available for the physically challenged.
8. What happens if my Premium Parking passes are lost or stolen? Email bearssth@spplus.com. SP+ will deactivate the lost or stolen parking passes, charge your credit card a non-refundable replacement fee of $30.00, and promptly email replacements to you. Mismanagement or improper duplication of parking passes can lead to the revocation of your season passes and/or make you ineligible for future parking programs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. The cost of season Premium Parking passes in 2024 for nine (9) games (8) regular season and (1) pre-season game is $1,125.00. In addition to the $1,125.00 parking cost, you will also be charged an $25.000 Administrative Service Fee for a total of $1,150.00.
b. The $1,125.00 season Premium Parking cost does NOT include the Premium Parking cost for a potential Conference Playoff game or for a potential Conference Championship game. In the event the Bears host a Conference Playoff game or the Conference Championship game, additional payment will be required for these games. We will advise season parking pass holders of playoff parking payment options (credit card, online, etc.) in advance of any home playoff game.
c. If you contact SP+ to report lost or stolen Premium Parking passes, the passes will be deactivated and will not be able to be used to enter the assigned parking facility. Replacement of a lost parking pass or parking passes booklet will be processed and emailed for a non-refundable replacement fee of $30.00.
d. SP+ and Stadium Management do not guard or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents; and are not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss. The parking patron alone is responsible for the parking and locking of his or her vehicle. SP+ only provides a license to park, and no bailment is created.
e. SP+ reserves the right to change (i) the parking facilities of this program, and (ii) parking space assignments when circumstances beyond their reasonable control make such facilities or spaces located within such facilities unavailable for parking.
f. Mismanagement or improper duplication of parking passes can lead to revocation of your season passes and/or make you ineligible for future parking programs.
g. The parking offered in this program is a revocable license. Any unruly behavior, failure to comply with the Parking Policies or the Chicago Bears Fan Code of Conduct, or illegal activity may lead to the revocation of this license.
