GENERAL INFORMATION

 

PREMIUM RENEWAL

Premium Parking Renewal is only valid for season ticket holders who purchased Premium Parking for the 2024 season. If you did not purchase Premium Parking for last year’s season, you can purchase Premium Parking when the Random Selection Process registration opens.

Please note: The 2025 Bears Season Ticket Holder Random Selection Process (RSP) is expected to open on May 27, 2025.

Premium Parking Renewal Parking Options and Price

If you purchased Premium Parking season passes at Soldier Field for Chicago Bears games for the 2024 season, you may renew your Premium Parking passes for the 2025-26 NFL season. 

Renewal Period: 12:00 PM (CDT) Tuesday, May 13, ending 7:00 PM (CDT) Friday, May 23.

Premium Parking Price:

     Parking Fee: $1,300.00
Ten (10) home games, (2) pre-season games, and (8) regular season games
*Price excludes potential home playoff games

     Administrative Fee: $26.00

     Total Price: $1,326.00

     Burnham Harbor Lot

Payment will be processed immediately upon renewal. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is complete. Premium Parking customers will be notified in mid-July once the passes are available in their account. 

Requesting a Lot Change

After completing your Premium Parking renewal, email bearssth@spplus.com and include the following

     Your name as registered on your BearsParking.com account

     The corresponding Bears ID number

     Your current parking lot assignment

     Your preferred choice for relocation

We can only guarantee a parking assignment at the same facility where you parked during the 2024 season. This offer is extended to Premium Parking only and does not apply to assignments awarded within the Random Selection Process. Change requests will not be reviewed until after all Premium Renewal orders have been processed.

     Enter your “BEARS ID” number and the email associated with your Bears ID number.

     Complete the required fields and enter payment.

RANDOM SELECTION PROCESS - RSP

The Random Selection Process will be used to select registrants eligible to purchase pre-season and regular-season game parking passes at facilities near Soldier Field.

RSP Registration Window:

     Tuesday, May 27 at 12:00 PM through Friday, June 13 at 7:00 PM

Locations Include:

     Adler Lot

     North Garage

     South Lot

     Waldron Deck

Parking Cost:

     $680.00 plus a $26.00 Administrative Service Fee (for a total cost of $706.00).

     This price includes ten (10) home games; (2) pre-season games and (8) regular season games. Price excludes parking costs for potential home playoff games.

How to Register Online:

Beginning at 12:00 p.m. (noon)  on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, go to BearsParking.com

     Log in to an existing account or create a new account by following the prompts.

     Select the Blue button labeled "Enter your Bears ID to view additional options." Note: You do not need to do this If your Bears ID is already associated with your account.

     A popup will appear to enter your Bears ID. Please enter your actual Bears ID and press Confirm.

     If you do not know your Bears ID, Season Ticket Holders can find their account ID at https://am.ticketmaster.com/bears.  On the top menu, select "STH" and "Bears Account Info."  The account ID is listed on that page. If you continue to have issues, please email bearssth@spplus.com.

     Once your Bears ID is accepted, a red button will appear labeled: "Enter Random Selection Process." Press this button.

     Enter top three parking facility location choices by rank.

     The Random Selection Process administration fee ($26.00) will be displayed. Press the green "Purchase Now" button.  Please note this fee is non-refundable.

     You will be prompted to enter your credit card information, or if available on your device, you may use Google or Apple Pay.

You can avoid the registration administration fee by mailing us a 4” x 6” card containing the information below. Note an administrative fee will be added to your purchase if you decide to buy a season pass.

NOTE: Each BEARS ID may only be used once to register for the Random Selection Process.

 

Results:

 

     If you ARE selected for this process, you will have season parking privileges assigned to you at one of the following facilities: Adler Lot, North Garage, South Lot, or Waldron Deck. 

 

     If you ARE selected, you must return to the website and complete your purchase by 7:00 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, July 1st. Otherwise, your assigned location will be made available to other Season Ticket Holders. As long as your purchase is completed by this time, you will be guaranteed parking passes at your assigned lot.

 

     If you are NOT selected, you may purchase a season pass from any remaining season pass inventory.  At a minimum there will be an offsite (Millennium Garages or McCormick Place) season parking pass available for every registrant.

 

Due to space limitations, each season ticket holder may purchase only one set of season parking passes for any of the Soldier Field and Museum Campus parking facilities.

 

Parking Pass Delivery:

Parking passes will appear in your parking account at BearsParking.com in mid-July. You will receive an email notifying you when parking passes are available. From your account, you will be able to forward a parking pass to another fan, download it, and/or print it. Pass holders will need to print the appropriate pass and bring it with them to the game.

Bypassing the Random Selection Process

Premium Parking

You may bypass the Random Selection Process by purchasing season Premium Parking passes for the South Lot,  Burnham Harbor Lot,  or at the Adler Lot for Chicago Bears’ games during the 2025 NFL season.  Reservations for the purchase of season Premium Parking passes will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.  If a parking option is not shown on the website, it means it is no longer available. Please check back at a later time to see if more Premium Parking has been made available.

The cost of Premium Parking season passes for ten (10) games—including two (2) pre-season games and eight (8) regular–season games—is $1,300.00, plus a $26.00 Administrative Service Fee (a total cost of $1,326.00). The cost of any potential home playoff games is not included in this price. Additional details are available on the purchase website.  

You will receive a confirmation email from No-Reply@BearsParking.com once the transaction is complete.

Non-Premium Parking Locations

In addition to the Premium Parking locations, non-premium season parking options (prices and availability subject to change) include:

     (No Alcohol) south of the Adler Planetarium

     Please note, the courtesy shuttle that was previously provided for Millenium Garage patrons will not be operating for the 2025 season.

     Grant Park South Garage - (Shuttle service not provided)

     Lot D McCormick Place 18th th & DuSable Lake Shore Drive - West of Drive

     Free shuttle service for all Bear home games

     10 games: $476.00 ($450.00 plus a $26.00 Administrative Fee)

Shuttle Information
Shuttle service operates exclusively between Lot E (24th & Moe Drive) and Soldier Field on game days. Service is not available to or from the Lakeside Center underground garage (Lot C).

Hours of Operation: Begins 2 hours before kickoff and continues until 2 hours after the game ends.
Pickup (Before Game):
Moe Drive at 24th Street → Drop-off at 18th Street turnaround.
Return (After Game): Pickup at 18th Street Lot on Moe Drive → Drop-off at Moe Drive & 24th Street.
Accessible Shuttle: Picks up and drops off at Gate 14 for guests with physical challenges.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  1. Playoff Parking Excluded - All season parking passes offered in our 2025  program include parking  for ten (10) games (8) regular season and (2) pre-season games. The packages offered here do NOT include the cost for potential home Playoff games. We will advise season parking pass holders of playoff parking payment options (credit card, online, etc.) in advance of any home playoff game.

 

  1. SP+ disclaims any and all liability for the actions, representations, or transactions conducted by third-party websites or unauthorized resellers. SP+ shall not be held responsible for any issues, disputes, or complications arising from the purchase of parking passes through such third-party platforms. Individuals who obtain parking passes from a third-party source must direct all inquiries, concerns, or claims to the respective third-party entity from which the purchase was made.

 

  1. If you contact SP+ to report lost or stolen Premium Parking passes, the passes will be deactivated. Replacement of a lost parking pass or parking passes booklet will be processed  for a non-refundable replacement fee of $30.00. 

 

  1. SP+ , Stadium Management, and parking lot owners do not guard or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents; and are not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss. The parking patron alone is responsible for the parking and locking of his or her vehicle. SP+ only provides a license to park, and no bailment is created. 

 

  1. SP+ reserves the right to change (i) the parking facilities of this program, and (ii) parking space assignments when circumstances beyond their reasonable control make such facilities or spaces located within such facilities unavailable for parking.SP+ reserves the right to change (i) the parking facilities participating in the Random Selection Process, and (ii) the parking space assignments from one participating facility to another participating facility.

 

  1. Parking privileges described in this announcement are only being offered for Chicago Bears games during the 2025 National Football League season.

 

  1. Accessible parking is available at all Soldier Field parking facilities. Use of accessible spaces require a valid government-issued disabled parking license plate or hang tag issued to an occupant of the vehicle.
  2. Anyone presenting lost, counterfeit or stolen parking passes to a parking attendant at any Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games parking facility is subject to criminal prosecution.
  3. Mismanagement or improper duplication of parking passes can lead to revocation of your season passes and/or make you ineligible for future parking programs. 
  4. The parking offered in this program is a revocable license.  Any unruly behavior, failure to comply with the Parking Policies or the Chicago Bears Fan Code of Conduct, or illegal activity may lead to the revocation of this license.  

 

PARKING POLICIES

 

Vehicle Parking

Patrons must park in marked parking spaces. Patrons cannot buy or save parking spaces for tailgating or late arriving patrons. Backing into parking stalls is not permitted. Vehicles must be parked in the space designated by the parking attendant. Management reserves the right to clear drive aisles to allow space for vehicles to pass.

Oversized Vehicles / Limousines

Oversized vehicles (bus, camper or any vehicle that does not fit inside the lines of one designated regular-size parking space) can be reserved at the Adler Lot by visiting soldierfieldparking.com.

 

Parking Passes  

A location-specific parking pass is required for all Season Ticket Holder parking areas. Passes must be clearly displayed on the front dashboard upon stadium approach and while parked. Only Bears Season Ticket Holders are eligible to purchase Soldier Field season parking passes. Due to limited availability, each account may purchase only one set of passes for Soldier Field.

 

Hours of Operation and Access 

Soldier Field and Museum Campus parking facilities open four (4) hours before kickoff. They close two (2) hours after day games and immediately following night games. All parking facilities, including the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place may close earlier at the discretion of McCormick Place Management, Stadium Management and the Chicago Parking District.

In and Out Parking Privileges 
In and out parking privileges are not permitted.

Tailgating both during games and after night games is prohibited

Tailgating is allowed on all Soldier Field Parking Program surface parking lots (East Museum Lot, South Lot, Adler Lot, Burnham Harbor Lot, and Family Friendly lots south of the Adler Planetarium); on the upper level of the Waldron Deck; and on the 31st St. and Moe Dr. Lot (Lot B, Lot D & Lot E) Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place. 

Tailgating during games (after kickoff)  is prohibited at all Soldier Field Bears Parking Program facilities.  Tailgating is also prohibited postgame at all lots including McCormick Place lots (31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B, Lot D & Lot E). Lots/garages will close immediately once cars have exited.

Party set-ups and grills may not impede access to parking spaces or the safe flow of vehicles and pedestrians through the facility drive-lanes. Grills and open fires are strictly prohibited in all enclosed and/or covered parking areas (North Garage, lower level of Waldron Deck, Lakeside Center Underground Garage – Lot C – of the Southwest facilities at McCormick Place, and at all underground Millennium Garages).  For patrons' safety, oil based deep fryers, tents and canopies are also prohibited in all parking facilities included in this program. 

While the Chicago Park District may permit picnics on the parklands, alcohol is not allowed.  Patrons must adhere to all Chicago Park District rules and ordinances.  

Additional safety rules:

 

     Tailgating in stadium-controlled parking lots is prohibited during the game and after night games.

     Tailgating is also prohibited postgame at all McCormick Place lots (31st Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot B & Lot E)

     Parking spaces may not be used for tailgate equipment alone.

     No open flame (grilling or otherwise) is permitted in any covered parking area (North Garage & lower level of Waldron Deck, McCormick Place Lot C, etc.).

     No tents of any kind are permitted.

     Maintaining an aisle that is clear of tailgate equipment in order to accommodate emergency vehicles is imperative for maintaining a safe environment. Your total tailgate (including guests) is limited to eight (8) feet behind each parking space.

     Parking is for ticketed guests only, and the stadium and teams reserve the right to confirm that guests have tickets prior to allowing them into parking lots.

     Offensive signs, banners or other displays, including the Confederate Flag are prohibited.

     Other prohibited activities include:

     Consumption of alcohol in the Family Friendly lots

     Set-ups or games utilizing sidewalks and/or streets

     Solicitation or distribution of any unauthorized item

     Unmanned Aircraft Systems (“Drones”)

     Drinking games

     Advertising banners or displays

     Disorderly conduct

     Fire Pits/open fires are NOT ALLOWED IN ANY LOTS

     Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking or frying

     Picketing or political campaigning

     Saving parking spaces

     Tethered blimps, balloons, and other oversized inflatables

     Weapons or fireworks

     No open flame, infrared panel or propane heaters of any type allowed in any lot

     Propane tanks larger than 19 pounds are not allowed on campus

     Overnight parking is not allowed in any of the Museum Campus parking lots

     Hot coals must be emptied only in designated cans labeled “HOT COALS” that are provided in the parking facilities.

Vehicle Search  
Parked vehicles at all Season Ticket Holder parking locations are subject to a security search by authorized personnel who may be accompanied by a canine unit.

SP+ and stadium management reserve the right to revoke parking pass privileges in any case where a patron or a patron’s guests engage in rude, disorderly or offensive behavior.

To report unBEARable fan behavior, fans may send a text message to 815-880-1920 and describe the issue and location where assistance is needed; or fans may call 866-296-3568. This service is available three (3) hours pregame and one (1) hour postgame.

SP+ manages the parking and on-site traffic operations at Soldier Field and the Museum Campus. We ask that patrons be respectful of the neighborhood surrounding Soldier Field.
