FAQ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQ GENERAL

I sold one of my season passes to a third party reseller and the pass was not accepted at the parking facilities.  How can I correct this issue?

Some third party resellers of parking passes reproduce and alter parking passes in a manner that invalidates the pass. If passes are not scanned as valid at the facility entrances they will not be accepted for entry. SP+ cannot assist in resolving disputes with third party resellers.

How will I receive notifications and communication?

All communications will be sent from no-reply@BearsParking.com to the email address used during registration. Please ensure your email settings allow messages from this address and consider adding it to your contacts to avoid missed updates.

Is tailgating permitted?

Tailgating is allowed on all Soldier Field Parking Program surface parking lots (East Museum Lot, South Lot, Adler Lot, Burnham Harbor Lot, and the Family Friendly lots located south of the Adler Planetarium); on the upper level of the Waldron Deck; and in the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E & Lot D) at McCormick Place.

Tailgating both during games and after night games is prohibited at lots in this program.  The 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E & Lot D) at McCormick Place prohibits tailgating after both day and night games.

Is there a family-friendly, alcohol-free parking facility option?

The parking lot south of the Adler Planetarium has been designated as a Family-Friendly Lot where alcohol consumption is not permitted.

By selecting the Family Friendly link found on this website, you can bypass the Random Selection Process and reserve season parking  (subject to availability) for the Family Friendly Lots.

Do any of the Soldier Field Bears Games parking facilities offer free shuttle bus service between the parking facility and Soldier Field?

Yes.  Free shuttle bus service for Bears games is provided between Soldier Field and McCormick Place. Please note that the shuttle previously provided for Millennium Park Garage patrons will not operate for the 2025 season.

The shuttle bus service operating between the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E) and Soldier Field will begin operating two (2) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game.

The passenger pick-up and drop-off stops for these free shuttle bus services are identified on the maps found on this website.

Please note that shuttle service does NOT operate from  Lot C at McCormick Place or from the Millennium Garages (Millennium Park Garage or Grant Park South)

Which parking facilities have accessible parking spaces?

Each parking facility in the Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games has designated accessible parking spaces.

If you park at the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E), you may ride a free accessible shuttle bus to and from Soldier Field (Gate 14) and this parking lot. This shuttle bus service begins two (2) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the game ends.

Due to space limitations, passengers on accessible shuttles are limited to the disabled and one accompanying guest.

For more information about these shuttle bus services, please call SP+ at the Soldier Field Parking Hotline at 312-235-7724.

Are there any facilities in the Soldier Field Parking Program that offer single-game rather than season parking passes?

Single-game parking passes are offered at a number of parking lots. For more information regarding the availability of single-game parking, including pre-paid single-game parking passes, please visit www.soldierfieldparking.com/ a couple of weeks before each game.

FAQ PREMIUM RENEWAL

Will I be assigned the same facility where I parked during the 2024 season?
Yes. You will automatically be assigned the same lot you parked in the previous year.

May I request to park at a different facility from the one that I parked at during the 2024 season?

Yes. However, we can only guarantee a parking assignment at the same facility where you parked during the 2024 season.

To request a parking lot change, you must complete your renewal. After completing your renewal, kindly send your inquiry to bearssth@spplus.com. Please include the following details:

  1. Your name as registered on your BearsParking.com account
  2. The corresponding Bears ID number

Yes. An email informing Bears season ticket holders of the 2025 Random Selection Process will be distributed in May.

FAQ RANDOM SELECTION PROCESS

If I enter the Random Selection Process, may I choose the specific facility that I want to park at?

No, this process is for Bears Season Ticket Holders who register to participate and agree to purchase season parking at one of several facilities near Soldier Field. These include the Adler Lot, North Garage, South Lot, and Waldron Deck.
You may indicate a lot preference, but assignment to a preferred lot is not guaranteed.

Rather than registering to enter the Random Selection Process, may I purchase season Premium Parking Space passes specifically at the Adler Lot, Burnham Harbor Lot, or South Lot?

Yes, depending on available inventory.  If space is available, you can bypass the Random Selection Process and reserve season Premium Parking by selecting the “Buy Now” link on this website.

Does early registration have any effect in determining who is selected?

No.

Does the Random Selection Process consider whether one was selected in prior years or where they may have been assigned to park?

No.

Does this process consider how long one has been a Bears season ticket holder?

No.

How will I know if I was selected to be eligible to purchase season parking and which facility I was assigned to park in?

Assignment notifications will be sent via email from no-reply@BearsParking.com to notify registered Season Ticket Holders.

If selected, you will be assigned season parking at one of the following facilities: Adler Lot, North Garage, South Lot, or Waldron Deck.
