1) If I enter the Random Selection Process, may I choose the specific facility that I want to park at? Once notified by the Random Selection Process of when you are eligible to purchase your season pass you will have four days to return to the website and purchase a season parking pass. You will be able to select the lot of your choice contingent on inventory remaining at each lot.
Returning to the website as soon as you are notified you are eligible to complete your season pass purchase will increase the chances a space at the lot of your choosing will be available.
2) Rather than registering to enter the Random Selection Process, may I purchase season Premium Parking Space passes specifically at the Adler Lot, Burnham Harbor Lot, or South Lot? Yes. You can bypass the Random Selection Process now and reserve (subject to availability) season Premium Parking Space passes at the Adler Lot or South Lot simply by selecting the “Purchase Parking Now” link found on this website.
3) Does early registration have any effect in determining who is selected? No.
4) Does the Random Selection Process consider whether one was selected in prior years or where they may have been assigned to park? No.
4. Does this Process consider how long one has been a Bears season ticket holder? No.
5. How will I know if I was selected to be eligible to purchase season parking passes and which facility I was assigned to park? An email from no-reply@bearsparking.com will be sent to Random Selection Process registrants of the process results on or about June 26th . Random Selection entrants will be placed into either Group 1 or Group 2. Group 1 will be given a 4-day window to select their lot and make their season pass purchase, after which Group 2 will be notified and given 4 days to select their lot and make their purchase. The four day window begins when the email notification email is sent.
All eligible Bears Season Ticket holders who participate
in the Random Selection Process will have an opportunity to purchase a season
parking pass at one of the onsite Soldier Field campus locations or at
participating remote locations (McCormick Place and Millennium Garages). Due to space limitations, no season ticket
holder may purchase more than one set of season parking passes for any of the
Soldier Field and Museum Campus parking facilities.
6. How will I receive notifications and communication? All communication will be emailed from no-reply@bearsparking.com to the email address that was used to register for the selection process. A registrant’s email service must allow them to receive emails from bearsparking.com.
7. Is tailgating permitted? Yes. Tailgating is allowed on all Soldier Field Parking Program surface parking lots (East Museum Lot, South Lot, Adler Lot, Burnham Harbor Lot, and the Family Friendly lots located south of the Adler Planetarium); on the upper level of the Waldron Deck; and in the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E) at McCormick Place,
a. Tailgating both during games and after night games is prohibited at lots in this program. The 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E) at McCormick Place prohibits tailgating after both day and night games.
8. Is there a family friendly alcohol free parking facility option? Yes. The parking lot south of the Adler Planetarium has been designated as the Family Friendly Lot where alcohol consumption is not permitted.
a. By selecting the Family Friendly link found on this website you can bypass the Random Selection Process and reserve season parking passes (subject to availability) for the Family Friendly Lots now. The cost for season parking passes at the “Family Friendly” Lots is $550.00 plus an $18.50 Administrative Service Fee (a total cost of $568.50).
9. Where is the Millennium Park Garage located? The Millennium Park underground parking garage is located at 6 S. Columbus Drive directly beneath Millennium Park. While you may elect to purchase parking passes at any of four (4) underground Millennium Garages (Grant Park North, Grant Park South, Millennium Lakeside and Millennium Park) the free shuttle service for Bears games operates only between the Millennium Park Garage and Soldier Field.

10. Where are Parking Facilities at McCormick Place located? The parking lot at 24th Street and Moe Drive (Lot E) is located at: 2400 S. Moe Drive, and the underground parking garage at the Lakeside Center (Lot C) is located at 2301 S. Lake Shore Drive are referred to collectively as the Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place. A free shuttle bus service for Bears games operates between the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E) only and Soldier Field.
a. This shuttle bus service begins operating two (2) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the end of the game. The passenger pick-up and drop off stop at the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E) for this service is identified on the map of the “Southwest Facilities at McCormick Place” that we have included in this announcement below.

12. Do any of the Soldier Field Bears Games parking facilities offer free shuttle bus service between the parking facility and Soldier Field? Yes. Free shuttle bus service for Bears games is provided between Soldier Field and the Millennium Park Garage; and between the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E) only at McCormick Place.
a. The shuttle bus service operating between the Millennium Park Garage and Soldier Field will begin operating three (3) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game; and the shuttle bus service operating between the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E) and Soldier Field will begin operating two (2) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game.
b. The passenger pick-up and drop-off stops for these free shuttle bus services are identified on the maps found on this website.
c. Please note shuttle service does NOT operate from Lot C at McCormick Place, or from the Grant Park South or Grant Park North garages.
13. Which parking facilities have accessible parking spaces? Each parking facility in the 2023 Soldier Field Parking Program for Bears Games has designated accessible parking spaces.
a. If you park at the Millennium Park Garage you may ride a free accessible shuttle bus to and from Soldier Field (Gate 14) and the Millennium Park Garage. This shuttle bus service begins three (3) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the game ends.
b. If you park at the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot (Lot E) you may ride a free accessible shuttle bus to and from Soldier Field (Gate 14) and this parking lot. This shuttle bus service begins two (2) hours before kick-off and continues until two (2) hours after the game ends.
c. Due to space limitation passengers on accessible shuttles are limited to the disabled and one accompanying guest.

14. When are the Bears season parking passes that I purchased scheduled to be available and how will I receive them? Parking passes will be available mid-July and will appear in your parking account. An email will be sent notifying you that parking passes are now available. Within your parking account, you will be able to forward the pass to another fan, download and/or print it. Pass holders will need to print the appropriate pass and bring it with them to the game.

Are there any facilities in the Soldier Field
Parking Program that offer single game, rather than season parking passes? Yes. A limited
number of single game parking passes are offered at some of the lots covered by
our 2023 program. For more information

16. What happens if my parking passes are lost or stolen? Call SP+ Bears Season Parking customer service at (312) 465-5383. SP+ will deactivate the lost or stolen parking passes, charge your credit card a non-refundable replacement fee of $30.00, and promptly email replacements to you. Mismanagement or improper duplication of parking passes can lead to revocation of your season passes and/or make you ineligible for future parking programs.

Accessible parking spaces for the physically challenged are available at both the 24th Street and Moe Drive Lot and the Lakeside Center Underground Garage (Lot C) of the Southwest Parking Facilities at McCormick Place. A free shuttle bus service that runs between 24th Street and Moe Drive and Soldier Field is accessible for the physically challenged. The shuttle drops off at Gate 14 at Soldier Field. No shuttle bus service operates between the Lakeside Center underground parking garage (Lot C) and Soldier Field. The passenger pick-up and drop-off location for this shuttle bus service is identified on the map of the “Southwest Parking Facilities at McCormick Place” found on this website. This shuttle bus service will begin operating two (2) hours before kick-off and continue until two (2) hours after the end of the game.

1. Is tailgating allowed? Tailgating is allowed in all the Family Friendly (alcohol free) parking lots south of the Adler Planetarium. Tailgating both during games and after night games is prohibited.
